“Steaks tonight or save them?” That’s a frequent debate while traveling in our RV away from our house Gunnison, Colorado, where Parker Pastures also calls home base. The problem is that our RV has limited freezer space and I simply refuse to blow through the Parker Pastures beef that I stockpiled from our monthly CSAs specifically for our trip. Sure, I could replace it with meat from traditional grocery stores, but then I’d be longing for the quality I’ve come to love from Parker Pastures. When I’m back home, I specifically plan my trips to town around my monthly CSA pickups. Myself and my grill couldn’t be happier with the love affair we’ve entered with Parker Pastures. "I am not so picky in 'taste' but my husband is serious .....😬lol. I loved the concept of 'healthy' as well as TASTE....I held back when my husband took his first bite......super picky man.....he loved it immediately! Trust me. This does not happen quickly or for any reason. He has tried the local health store brand and did not dislike but immediately loved yours. Serious difference.

"My husband and I have been ground CSA customers of the Parker’s for some time (it’s probably longer than I think!), and it’s been a wonderful experience. We’ve chosen an automatic deduction from our checking account as our method of payment, and it couldn’t be easier. Kelli keeps us well informed with reminders of our pick-up date, and picking up is almost the best part! Getting a chance to see the animals is such a wonderful added bonus. The ground beef we get monthly is beyond compare. It’s so lean, it requires no draining, and yet, is not dry or tasteless. They’ve spoiled us for any other hamburger. We've had burgers, fajita meat in an asian stir fry and some of the short ribs, and all of them have been fantastic.
