Your beef will be ready the month you chose on the website.
We will hand pick your beef from our lush mountain pastures at your appointed harvest time.
We will take your beef to the awesome, small, super clean, family owned USDA processor (Kinikin Processing in Montrose) that we’ve worked with for years. Your beef will dry age for 14-21 days before our expert butchers cut, package and flash freeze your beef in their brand new facility.
We'll email you the week before the delivery date with your final invoice.
